You Can’t Pour from An Empty Cup!

You can’t pour from an empty cup & Life is too short. So, always live in the moment!

Don’t be that person who consistently puts themselves last, to the point where you deplete yourself and have nothing left for “you”.

Life is meant to be lived and embraced. Life is not meant to just pass you by without you really taking in its beauty.

So, it’s ok to want to be in stillness. Have calm, peace, and quietness. It’s ok to want to tune out the noise, the chaos, and the toxicity.

Regardless of what they say, you’re not meant to run yourself into the ground for anyone. You are not a machine.

You are not meant to carry the load of so many on your back.

So, it’s ok not to wanna be the hero all the time. It’s ok if you don’t always have the answers. And it’s okay not to be everybody else’s problem solver.

Don’t live life trying to carry everyone and everything by yourself. Don’t go through life carrying burdens that leave you overwhelmed and frazzled.

No one can pour from an empty cup, so always make sure you put yourself first.

You should always be your top priority. Because if you don’t prioritize “you”, why should anyone else?

In a world where takers and beggars have no boundaries, don’t be their punching bag or easy way out target.

Make yourself a priority and don’t you dare feel ashamed.

Tune out the pressure from the naysayers and take care of yourself.

The naysayers will always have something to say about what you do and don’t do, but your needs matter and come first.
