By Booking services with Life Coach Kenya Walker / Kenya Walker Tarot you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Life Coach Kenya Walker is NOT a Licensed Therapist or Licensed Mental Health Professional. If you are in need of those services, please contact the appropriate service providers. Kenya Walker will not be able to assist you in that regard. Kenya Walker is a wellness professional who helps individuals identify personal or professional goals and encourage individuals to maximize their full potential in a healthy, safe and positive manner.

Life Coach Kenya Walker offers coaching through written articles posted via website and/or private life coaching sessions booked via www.kenyawalker.com

*You must be 18 or older to purchase coaching sessions or participate in any of Kenya Walker (Life Coach Kenya Walker) platforms and coaching services.

By purchasing or participating in any coaching sessions or platforms offered by Kenya Walker (Life Coach Kenya Walker), you agree to the following terms:

Kenya Walker coaching is designed to help clients make lifestyle changes that improve overall well being. Results will vary and depend on the individual clients’ efforts, readiness, and commitments to improving their own lifestyle.
Kenya Walker Private Coaching & written blog articles are not designed to be personal therapy, professional counseling, or medical treatment. Kenya Walker does not diagnose or treat mental health illnesses. If you are in need of those services, please seek a licensed professional to assist you.
Kenya Walker is not responsible or liable for the decisions of any clients.
Kenya Walker (Life Coach Kenya Walker) have the right to stop and/or refuse coaching sessions when deemed necessary for any reason and a refund will be at Kenya Walker’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

Fees & Payments:

All fees and services are communicated and agreed upon at booking and before the start of coaching sessions. Payment is due prior to each coaching session unless specified otherwise.

You agree that refunds will not be offered.
Cancellations, late, or no shows are not refunded.
Rescheduling may be possible if notified within 24 hours of services; and is due to Kenya Walker availability and discretion.

Please respect my time, availability, and yours! Additionally, I (Kenya Walker) have the right to stop/refuse coaching sessions if deemed necessary for any reason and a refund will be at Kenya Walker’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

Confidentiality:

All information that is shared during coaching sessions are to be kept strictly confidential. Unless, disclosure is required by law and/or in cases of risk to harm self or others.

***7 day turnaround from day of Purchase for email and YouTube link tarot reading purchases. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

***The 10-minute time duration is only for Booking the time slot for your reading. It’s not the Actual Time Length for your reading. The tarot reading length will vary for every person.
